Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about your Cubo glasses.
Frames & fit
Where are Cubo frames made?
Cubo frames are designed by our optical team in London and made in Italy. Discover our story.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the sizing information on the product page and compare it with a pair that fits you well. A is lens width, B is lens depth, DBL is bridge width and LTB is arm length, all in millimetres. Frames are labelled Petite, Regular or Large. If you need help, contact our optical team.
Can I try frames on in store?
Visit our stores in Greenwich, Beckenham or Bromley for help with fit and frame choice. Contact the store before travelling to check availability of a particular frame or colour. Find your nearest store.
Lenses & ordering
Are prescription lenses included in the price?
The displayed price for prescription glasses includes standard single-vision prescription lenses with anti-glare. Optional lens upgrades change the total shown before checkout.
Can I buy a frame without prescription lenses?
Yes. Choose Frame Only in the lens selection panel. This reduces the displayed prescription-glasses price by £30.
What are screen glasses?
Screen glasses have non-prescription blue light filter lenses. They do not correct your vision. Choose prescription glasses if you need lenses made to your prescription.
What prescription information do you need?
We need a current, accurate prescription and any additional measurements required for your chosen lenses. Our optical team will contact you if anything needs clarifying. Lens preparation starts once we have the complete information.
Can I change my order?
Contact hello@cuboeyewear.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it can be made, depending on the stage of your order.
Delivery & international orders
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 after dispatch. Prescription lens preparation time is separate from the delivery service.
When will my order arrive?
Standard UK prescription orders usually take 10–14 working days once we have your complete prescription information. Complex prescriptions take 12–16 working days. Frame-only orders and non-prescription sunglasses usually take 3–5 working days. These are estimates; we will contact you if we expect a delay.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. International delivery costs £14.95 per order via DHL. Available countries are shown at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination.
Who pays international customs charges?
The customer pays any import duties, local taxes and customs clearance charges. These are not included in the £14.95 delivery fee. Read our shipping policy.
Will I receive a dispatch notification?
Yes. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

Who pays return postage?
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a solution and cover reasonable return costs.

Your glasses come with a carry case and microfibre cleaning cloth.
