Shipping policy
Free standard UK shipping
UK shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. We send UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The delivery service begins once your order has been dispatched; prescription lenses require preparation time before dispatch.
UK delivery estimates
- Standard prescription glasses: 10–14 working days.
- Complex prescriptions: 12–16 working days.
- Frame-only orders, non-prescription sunglasses and accessories: 3–5 working days.
When your order will arrive
Prescription delivery estimates start once we have your order and the complete prescription information needed to make your lenses. We will contact you if we need further information or expect a delay. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is sent.
Express delivery and collection
Express delivery is not currently available. If you would like to arrange collection from a store, please contact us before ordering; collection is not currently offered as a checkout option.
International orders
International shipping costs £14.95 per order and is sent with DHL. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties, local taxes or customs clearance charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the £14.95 delivery fee. Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. Returns and refunds
