Orders

You must be aged 18 or over to order through this website. Please check your chosen frame, colour, lens options, prescription information and delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Your order is an offer to buy the selected goods. Our order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods.

Prescription glasses

Please provide a current, accurate prescription and the information needed to prepare your lenses. We may contact you to clarify the prescription or confirm whether your chosen lenses are suitable. Lens preparation may be delayed until we receive the necessary information. If we cannot supply your prescription, we will explain the available options or refund the affected order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The headline price for prescription glasses includes standard single-vision prescription lenses. Choosing frame only reduces that price by £30. Optional lens upgrades change the total shown for your selection. Please review the final order total before paying.

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. If we discover a pricing or product-description error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order so you can confirm the corrected details or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery

UK shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International shipping costs £14.95 per order and is sent with DHL; delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties, local taxes or customs clearance charges are payable by the customer and are not included in the £14.95 delivery fee. Royal Mail Tracked 48 applies after dispatch and does not include prescription lens preparation time. UK standard prescription orders usually take 10–14 working days once we have your complete prescription information; complex prescriptions take 12–16 working days. Frame-only orders and accessories take 3–5 working days. Express delivery is not currently available.

These are estimates. We will contact you if we expect a delay. Your statutory rights concerning late delivery are unaffected. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our 30-day returns promise includes prescription glasses and sale items. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Please take reasonable care of the items and return their case and accessories, with original packaging where possible.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. A full order cancellation includes a refund of standard outbound delivery. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

These terms and our voluntary returns promise do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

Product information

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description. Frame measurements and included items are shown on the product page.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Please contact us if you have questions about your prescription information or an uploaded document.

Responsibility and complaints

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If there is a problem with your order, email hello@cuboeyewear.co.uk with your order number so we can help. These terms are governed by English law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version applying when you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
